Transfer Printing
Transfer printing is a versatile technology used to apply patterns or text to clothing or other fabrics via a thermal transfer process.
There are Two Main Types of Transfer Printing:
Thermal Transfer and Multifunctional Ironing.
The latter is applicable to a wider range of materials than the former, which typically requires the use of a heat transfer machine and is limited to specific types of materials.
At Profound Garment, our focus is on providing the highest quality standards to meet our customer’s needs and enable them to promote their brand effectively.
Some of the features of transfer printing include the ability to print multiple colors simultaneously without affecting the base fabric, making it ideal for patterns with rich or gradient colors and unlimited area size. However, transfer printing can also result in a slightly gelatinous texture that may not be breathable, particularly with large-area printing.
Features of Transfer Printing
- Unlike screen printing which requires an open plate for each color, multiple colors can be printed at the same time and the base shirt is not affected.
- Suitable for patterns with rich colors, gradient colors and unlimited area size.
- Slightly gelatinous, not breathable, large area printing is not breathable.
Advantages of Profound Garment Professional Printing
- Use of foreign PU material and SGS environmental protection certification but ironing material.
- Strong color fastness of printing pattern, clear pattern, bright color.
- Can be used with embossed printing to present colored 3D effects of embossed printing.
