Rubber Printing
Rubber printing is a common garment printing process that uses rubber stamps and specific inks to transfer patterns onto clothing.
What is Rubber Printing?
The designer must first convert the pattern into a digital format. The rubber stamp is then created to match the shape and size of the design. Next, ink is applied to the stamp surface and the stamp is pressed onto the garment, with the ink penetrating into the textile fibers to create the pattern.
Features of Rubber Printing:
- Fast production speed, relatively low price, suitable for mass production.
- Can be applied to a variety of materials, such as cotton, polyester, nylon, etc.
- Highly durable, can withstand multiple washes and wears without fading or damage.
