I received an inquiry from Noura for hoodies in June 2021. To streamline our communication, I added Noura on WhatsApp for further discussions. I attentively listened to Noura’s requirements and discovered that her brand was newly established. She needed a small initial order, consisting of one hoodie style in four colors, with 25 pieces per color, each featuring different artwork prints. However, our usual Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customizations is 100 pieces per style per color, resulting in a quantity gap.

After thorough discussions with our production team, in line with our service approach that prioritizes customer needs and ensures tangible results, we devised a solution to accommodate this smaller custom order. Given that this was Noura’s first order, we were eager to support her growth and establish a long-term, amicable partnership.

Performance of Contract

I promptly provided Noura with a quotation. She was impressed with our team’s customer-centric service, efficient problem-solving, and responsive approach. She readily accepted the price and initiated the sample production. Within one week of receiving the samples, Noura expressed her satisfaction with both the sample quality and our efficient service. Just ten days later, we received a substantial order from Noura, amounting to $2,474.

As the contract executor, we delivered the goods on time within 40 days. Noura’s satisfaction was evident as she remarked, “Everyone wants the hoodie because they see that the quality is unmatched.” She inquired about the lead time for ordering an additional 100 pieces. Such positive feedback fills our team with pride. It reinforces our belief in Profound’s business philosophy: “Sincerity creates quality products, and quality achieves brand recognition.”

Second Cooperation

To my surprise, a whole year passed without any feedback from Noura, despite my reporting of the reorder delivery date. I contemplated numerous reasons for her silence. However, I continued to send her messages regularly, and my persistence bore fruit in May 2023 when Noura finally reached out. She explained that she didn’t frequently use the WhatsApp number and contacted me due to a new project.

Two days later, Noura submitted design requests for a quote, encompassing 100 pieces per design per color, across five t-shirt styles and two jogger styles. This marked an exciting development, and I provided the pricing promptly. Following a round of negotiations, Noura accepted the price and decisively placed her second order in June. This order amounted to $8,445 for a total of 700 pieces.

Our mission remains consistent: to enhance our customer’s brand proposition, increase brand influence, and improve their competitive advantage in the market. Witnessing Noura’s brand grow following our collaboration fills me with excitement.
