Profound and Dana’s Story
Dana, introduced to us by a Saudi client, initiated our first collaboration in the winter of 2021. Dana’s custom hoodies, sweatshirts, and sweatpants are products that Profound Garment excels in crafting. However, in 2022, I did not receive a second order request from Dana. Nevertheless, I continued frequent communication with Dana, gaining insights into the gradual growth of her brand. Our team also provided Dana with various retail sales techniques and strategies.
Then, in April of this year, I received a new custom project from Dana. This project included T-shirts, long pants, and shorts. However, the design files she provided were not particularly professional. Some of the printed logo images had low clarity and were even unusable. To ensure Dana’s designs could be realized without compromising the files, I painstakingly improved the image clarity through multiple iterations, ultimately achieving the required image formats for production.
Profound and Perfect Problem-Solving Ability
One of the T-shirt styles Dana wanted was 3D puff printing. She provided her desired effects and content for me to create the final product. Among the materials Dana provided, the specific font type was missing. I scoured various sources to find the font type Dana needed and presented her with three options. Dana commended my efforts, selected the suitable font, and after mutual confirmation, we promptly delivered the final files to the production department for production scheduling.
This collaboration with Dana perfectly embodies the distinctive service features of Profound: Focus on customer needs, implementation of customer results, systematic follow-up, and efficiently solving problems and answering questions. Following the delivery of the samples, Dana chose to proceed with this project, and she even proposed a winter project collaboration plan. I am highly delighted, and I firmly believe that just as Profound’s collaboration philosophy states: “Sincerity creates quality products, quality achieves Brands, and reputation spreads reliability.” Dana’s brand will experience rapid growth. This is good news for us and Dana.
